Services

We provide quality in house service on all products, but you are more than welcome to bring your product into our workshop for repairs.

Our service area is all of Melbourne and surrounding suburbs, if you are unsure if we service your area just send us an enquiry and we will promptly reply.

Our friendly technicians attend to service calls Monday to Friday between 7:30 am and 4:00 pm.

Our office and workshop operating hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Payments

Our service charge is $165.00 inc gst, which covers the first 15 mins of the service call, after which it is $38.50 inc gst for every 15 minutes, or part thereof plus parts.

Another service charge is not charged if we need to return to replace a part, only labour costs to fit the part.

As a guide, most service is completed within a half hour.

All service is to be paid on completion.

We accept cash, debit & credit cards (Visa & MasterCard only)

Sorry no cheques are accepted.

Accounts are not left, unless prior agreement with management.

Workshop charge to check your appliance is $110.00 inc gst, payable on drop off of appliance.
